Blue Hour Ventures is a venture capital firm that backs ambitious entrepreneurs seeking to redefine America's healthcare system. We invest in early stage companies that are creating new delivery models and the technologies that enable such innovation. This includes sectors such as tech-first providers, hybrid in-person care, AI augmented care, among others. We are geographically agnostic but tend to favor companies located in historically undercapitalized markets.
The firm is led by general partners who are former founders/operators. We have immense respect for entrepreneurs and the hardships of building a company. After investing, we strive to help our portfolio companies scale through industry connections. Through our operator history, we have a large network of physicians, payers and health systems - many of whom are LPs in our funds.

Kevin has spent the last 25 years as an operator and investor in the healthcare industry. He began his healthcare career with a leading for-profit healthcare organization before joining a startup in the ambulatory surgery center space in 1999. For almost two decades, Kevin served in many leadership roles within this organization which grew to over 2,000 employees. Since 2017, Kevin has managed Blue Hour Ventures Fund I, an early stage healthcare fund which currently has 11 active portfolio company investments. Kevin continues to serve in various capacities on a number of portfolio company boards. Away from work, he enjoys landscape photography, traveling, cooking, SEC football season, and spending time with his wife. Kevin received his Bachelor’s and MBA from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.

Clint is a seasoned investor with over 20 years of experience in the financial sector. His investing experience spans a broad breadth of industries with early- to late-stage investments in healthcare, technology, and real estate. Clint was instrumental in launching Blue Hour Ventures I, including raising the vehicle, sourcing and diligencing investments, managing fund operations, and sitting on portfolio company boards. In addition to co-founding Blue Hour Ventures, Clint founded a tech-enabled services business that is currently executing a roll-up strategy. Clint serves in an advisory capacity to that business. Away from work, he enjoys traveling, exercising, and spending time with his wife and two sons.
